Return/Exchange Policy

At FenixRose/FenixPlush, we take pride in every piece we offer. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're more than happy to assist you with a return. P.S. First Return is on us!

Here's what you need to know:

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: Please ensure that items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Final Sale Items: While some pieces are forever, others are final. This includes swimwear, undergarments, and items marked as Final Sale.

  • Damaged Items:  If your items received defective or damaged please contact us as soon as possible at Fenix@shopfenixrose.com

We want your FenixRose/FenixPlush experience to be nothing short of exceptional, so if you have any questions or need assistance with your return, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

 

Refund Process

  • Once we've received and approved your return, we'll swiftly process your refund. Expect your refund to be issued to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Exchanges: Wrong color or size? No worries! We're more than happy to swap sizes or colors for you. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can take care of that for you ASAP.

  • Return Portal: Head over to our return portal on our website to begin your return. It's quick and easy! And guess what? Your first return is on us! For any subsequent returns, we'll charge a $6.90 return fee.
